Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of EasyPosBill, including the public website, store registration, and paid dashboard. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.
2. The service
We provide software for point of sale, inventory, delivery, staff, and related operations for Mobile & Electronics shops, retail stores, and super shops. Features may change as we improve the product. The dashboard is licensed for your store’s internal use only.
3. Accounts
Registration is open to the public. You must provide accurate store and admin details, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your users. The first account on a store is Admin.
4. Plans and billing
Access to the POS dashboard requires an active paid plan. Checkout is processed securely. Plans renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may be added at checkout where required. Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
Your plan activates when checkout completes. If billing fails, access may be suspended until the invoice is paid. You can update billing details or cancel through the billing portal.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law. Chargebacks or unpaid invoices can result in immediate suspension. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case and processed back through the original payment.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other stores, or use the software for unlawful sales. We may suspend accounts that threaten the platform or other customers.
7. Your data
You retain rights to the operational data you enter. You grant us permission to host and process it solely to provide the product. You are responsible for the accuracy of inventory, prices, invoices, and customer records.
8. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (including our payment processor or hosting), or events beyond our control may temporarily affect the service.
9. Liability
The software is provided as a business tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the POS. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material billing changes will be reflected at checkout or in account notices.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through your store administrator or the support channel listed on your subscription.
