1. Who we are
EasyPosBill (“we”, “us”) provides a point-of-sale and shop-management product for Mobile & Electronics shops, retail stores, and super shops. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, create a store, or start a plan.
2. Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, password (stored hashed on our POS server), store profile, and email verification status.
- Store operations data you enter: products, sales, customers, staff, invoices, and related records.
- Billing data: name, payment method, billing address, and subscription status.
- Technical data: browser type, approximate location from IP, and security logs needed to run the service.
3. How we use information
We use this information to create and isolate your store, authenticate users, send email verification links, provide POS features, bill your subscription, detect abuse, and communicate about your account or service changes. We do not sell customer lists.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed through a secure checkout page. Payment details are entered there and are not stored on EasyPosBill servers. An independent processor handles the charge. We keep customer and subscription identifiers so we can activate, renew, or cancel your plan.
5. Store isolation
Each registered store is scoped to that organization. Staff you invite only see the branches and permissions you grant. We do not mix one shop’s operational data with another shop’s data.
6. Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers that host the app, with our payment processor for billing, and if required by law. We do not share your store’s sales or customer records with other merchants.
7. Retention
Account and store data is kept while the store is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute records after closure. Billing records follow our payment processor and applicable accounting rules.
8. Your choices
You can update store profile details in Settings, manage billing in the billing portal, and request account deletion by contacting the store owner or support. Staff access can be revoked by an admin.
9. Security
Access to the dashboard requires a signed-in user. POS access requires an active paid plan. Transport is encrypted with HTTPS. No method of transmission is 100% secure; report suspected incidents promptly.
10. Contact
For privacy questions, contact the operator of EasyPosBill through your account administrator or the support channel published with your subscription.
